These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mirage Perfumes website (the “Site”) and the purchase of products (“Products”) from Mirage Perfumes (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3.2 Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.2 Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Mirage Perfumes will not accept returns unless Products are returned strictly in accordance with that Policy.
